Meet the Staff

Sarah has over 15 years of optical knowledge and experience working in the optical industry. Sarah prefers the private practice atmosphere as it allows her to offer the highest standard of eye care along with the personalized patient care. She currently lives in Farmington with her husband and 2 children. Her many years of management experience allows her to successfully oversee the day-to-day operations along with the insurance billing. She enjoys being able to work with the patients and do the administrative side as well. She takes pride in her career and is passionate about making sure that all of our patients have a wonderful experience. 

Jazsmine began working in the medical field in 2015 and opened with Farmington Vision Care in 2018. She can be found behind our front desk where she greets you with a smile and checks you in for your appointment. She also manages patient preliminary testing before you see your doctor and contact lens inventory and ordering. She is happy to answer any of your questions regarding your contact lenses.  

Michelle has worked in the optical industry as an optician since 2005 in both private and commercial optometry and ophthalmology practices.  She has been certified by the American Board of Opticianry since 2008. Besides assisting in preliminary patient testing, Michelle is excited to help you pick out your glasses and lens options! She loves helping you see better! She is also ready to answer any of your questions about your insurance benefits and looks forward to assisting you!
