Meet the Staff

Sarah has over 15 years of optical knowledge and experience working in the optical industry. Sarah prefers the private practice atmosphere as it allows her to offer the highest standard of eye care along with the personalized patient care. She currently lives in Farmington with her husband and 2 children. Her many years of management experience allows her to successfully oversee the day-to-day operations along with the insurance billing. She enjoys being able to work with the patients and do the administrative side as well. She takes pride in her career and is passionate about making sure that all of our patients have a wonderful experience. 

Michelle has worked in the optical industry as an optician since 2005 in both private and commercial optometry and ophthalmology practices.  She has been certified by the American Board of Opticianry since 2008. Besides assisting in preliminary patient testing, Michelle is excited to help you pick out your glasses and lens options! She loves helping you see better! She is also ready to answer any of your questions about your insurance benefits and looks forward to assisting you!

Barb joined Farmington Vision in 2023 with over 17 years of optical experience. In her optical career she has enjoyed working in both private and commercial optometry and ophthalmology practices. She was certified by the American Board of Opticianry (ABO) in 2006 and again when she received her National Contact Lens Examination (NCLE) certification in 2009.  She has a passion for helping her patients both with their glasses and our new contact lens wearers as they navigate learning. In her free time, you can find her hanging out with her three grandchildren. 

Bethany spends most of her time working with billing and insurance in order to optimize our patient's experience without any unexpected surprises. She has a background in accounting and customer service which she uses to ensure her patients are always taken care of. In addition to helping patients with their insurance needs, you can find her at the front desk, answering phones, and helping patient's before they see their doctor on occasion.  She is proud to live in Farmington with her husband and three daughters. On most days, after work you can find her sitting in the stands cheering on her girls!

Callie will always greet you with a smile on her face as she prepares you for your exam or completes any specialty testing ordered by your doctor.  She enjoys helping our patients feel at ease from the second you walk-in the office. Callie is also a full-time student going to college for sonography. 

Jodie will be the first face you see as you walk through our door.  She joined our practice in 2024 but brings with her over 18 years of experience in customer service.  Jodie completed her Associates of Applied Science in Business Administration in 2009 and is ready to help you navigate your entire appointment from check-in, to understanding your benefits, to glasses selection. She has an enthusiasm for customer service and optimizing your experience in our office.  When not in the office, you can find her at home with her husband Michael and dog Remmy.
