Opening Day July 9th, 2018!

After a long wait with lots of construction, decision, and paperwork, our office opened its doors on Monday, July 9th, 2018. Dr. Wolk and Dr. Kwan are excited to get back to work in Farmington and reconnect with their patients; while Dr. Lukefahr began building her patient family by seeing the very first FVC patient! Mailers will go out soon letting our Wolk Optometry patients know that we are back and ready to take care of each and every one again

The office design looks even better in person with neutral colors and lots of natural light! We know you will feel comfortable browsing our frame collection to find the perfect fit and look.

Dr. Clint Wolk and Dr. Courtney Kwan have been seeing patients in Farmington since 2008 and 2014 respectively. They are proud of the personal connections they have formed with patients and love to watch the families grow every year.  They are eager to reconnect with their patients.  Dr. Kaitlyn Lukefahr is brand new to the practice with a fresh outlook and lots of enthusiasm.  With three experienced doctors, someone is always available to take care of your needs!
